Arjun Chakraborty
For nearly a quarter of a century, Prof. Arjun Chakraborty has been working in the field of Vedic astrology, known as Jyotish, and is already an established name in it.
He was born in Calcutta and inherited the ancient knowledge of Jyotish from his uncle. He is a professor at the classical astrological school Hatibagan Tole, teaches at the Institute of Astrological Science, and is a member of the famous astrological organization Grahamitra Gems.
For nearly 10 years, he has been traveling the world, giving lectures, training beginners and advanced lovers of Vedic astrology.
He inherited his profession and vocation from his uncle, a famous astrologer for his time in Calcutta. Vedic astrology is a teaching that is traditionally and often passed down within the family in India. This is how the secrets and sacredness of knowledge are preserved.
Arjun Chakraborty has visited Bulgaria several times at the invitation of the Bulgarian Association for Vedic Astrology and the East-West Indological Foundation. He has given lectures and trainings on Vedic astrology not only in Bulgaria, but also in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
